1. RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS
By signing this document, I agree to permanently give up my right to take any legal action against the Homeowner, the Event Host, and all staff. I promise that I, my family, and my heirs will not sue for any injury, property damage, or death that occurs during or after this event. This is a total and final release of liability.
2. INDEPENDENT TICKET PORTAL (RICH DESIGNS)
I acknowledge that Rich Designs is a sponsor only for the ticket sales portal and digital processing. Rich Designs has no involvement in the physical hosting, safety, or management of the boxing matches. I agree that Rich Designs is not liable for any injury or incident related to this event.
3. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF HIGH-RISK ACTIVITY
I understand that boxing is an inherently dangerous combat sport. I am aware that participating in or watching this event involves a serious risk of physical harm, including:
Broken bones, internal bleeding, and severe lacerations.
Traumatic brain injuries, concussions, and permanent disability.
Death. I voluntarily choose to participate despite these known dangers. I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss.
4. EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY
BYB will provide boxing gloves and head gear. I agree to inspect this equipment before use. By using the provided gear, I accept it "as is" and waive any claim against the Host for equipment failure or inadequacy. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the 2:15 PM check-in.
5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
I understand that a medical professional is NOT guaranteed to be on-site. Only basic first aid supplies will be available. If I am injured, I authorize the staff to call for emergency medical transport (911) at my own expense. I am solely responsible for all costs related to my medical treatment, including ambulance fees and hospital bills.
6. BINDING AGREEMENT FOR MINORS (UNDER 18)
If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign below. By signing, the parent agrees that they have reviewed these risks with the minor and agree to protect and hold the Host harmless from any claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.
